How Can I Help Support Aspen PTO?

There are several ways you can support Aspen PTO and most require little work and no extra money from you!

Volunteer!
There are several opportunities to volunteer during the school year.  You can find volunteer opportunities all year long HERE.

Donate Money!
We are always happy to accept donations!  We can accept checks or cash dropped off at the Aspen School front office.  As a 501(c)(3), your donation is tax-deductible and we are happy to provide you with a receipt.  We can also accept in-kind donations (for instance, items that could be used in our Spring Fling Silent Auction) - learn more here.  

Stay informed!
We would love for you to join us at our monthly meetings!  They are held the first Thursday of each month at 7pm in person and via Google Meet.

Have LANL/Triad add to your donation!
LANL employees can donate through a payroll deduction and Triad will partially match the donation!  Make your money go even further for our school, staff, and students!  It’s easy to set up through LANL and donate directly from your paycheck, one-time or biweekly. You can actually donate to multiple organizations!

1. Go to LANL Inside and look for and click on the button that says GIVE/VOLUNTEER under "Quick Links".

2. Use your CryptoCard to log in (may be before you can access LANL Inside).

3. Choose “Employee Giving” and click "Employee Giving - Payroll Deductions" and then select one-time or biweekly

4. Search for "Aspen PTO" and click "Select".

5. Enter your donation amount, click "Add” and complete it change on the right side of the page.  Thank you!

Formally "Earn and Learn", earn money for Aspen School every time you shop. It’s easy and free to enroll! When you link your Rewards Card, every purchase you make provides funds for schools in need. Plus, you’ll earn fuel points at the same time.  Those fuel points help so much when its time to pay at the pump! Questions?  For more information click here  
*This money goes directly to Aspen School and is managed by the principal (not the PTO).  However, it is a great benefit to Aspen so please enroll!

Scan Box Tops for Education!
You will start seeing less box tops on items at the grocery store but you will still see the icon.  Download the BoxTops app on your phone to scan your receipts and collect box top points. Easy peasy!
